Can I install the slats as cabinet or hidden doors?

Yes, the ARQ Slats can be used as cabinet or hidden doors.

What is the proper method for cleaning the panels?

You can clean the wall slats with a duster, a vacuum cleaner, or a hard-wrung cloth.

Are any varnishes/finishes applied to the panels?

No, the wall slats are not treated with any kind of varnish, we do that to allow you to finish them however you like. To keep your wooden wall slats looking their best, we suggest giving them a little extra love with a protective finish like oil, wax, lacquer, or varnish. Not only will this help keep the wood safe, it'll also bring out the beauty of its grain and colors.

How can I accommodate a wall height exceeding 94.5 inches?

The panels can be stacked on top of one another for the desired length with ease.

Is it possible to have the panels made in custom dimensions?

Yes, we accept custom orders up to 118 inches in length. For custom orders, please contact sales@ozarke.com

Can you cut the panels to my specific measurements for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special cuts in our production process and can only produce panels in our standard dimensions. However, you can easily cut the panels yourself using a saw, such as a circular saw, and for reducing the width, a hobby knife can be used to cut through the felt. It's simple!

Are the wall slats suitable for installation in bathrooms or kitchens?

As long as the panels are not directly exposed to water, they will be suitable for these areas. However, for added protection against moisture or humidity, we suggest applying a water-resistant finish to the front of the slats.

Is it possible to use the panels outdoors?

No, the acoustic slat wood wall panels is intended for indoor use only.

Can I expect the colors in the images to be accurate?

Yes, to a certain extent the colors you see in the pictures are accurate. However, please note that the colors you see on your screen may not be an exact representation of the wall slats due to monitor variations. To ensure you get the desired color, it is recommended to purchase color samples before making a full order.

What is the return policy?

You can return unused acoustic slat wood wall panels within 30 days after delivery. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
