Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order, provided the item has not yet been submitted for fulfillment. Once an order is processed for fulfillment, cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders, even if canceled within the 30-minute window. This fee helps cover non-refundable transaction processing charges imposed by Shopify Payments, which are not reimbursed to us when an order is canceled.
